well hi bill
yep
that's a claim
I'm sorry
that's it it's quite okay yeah hi I was expecting a call 9:00 hours yeah so we're I'm I'm in the car now with one of my bosses his name is Rick we're going to give you a brief is going to give you a brief overview of what of our app and what it does and then well after that hi okay yeah just to give you a quick overview so we're we're a small text you a tech company and we're putting together an apt to local businesses mmhm so kind of the core functionality of the apt it is to match customers with service providers and to be sure and to qualify them to make sure that whatever service you're looking for is within the scope of the service provider
that's one of the main features of the app and then
the the apple also kind of help manage customers your contact list
send sending out invoices sending out reminders SMS emails that type of thing additionally payment processing credit card processing and scheduling

so basically managing you know the majority in most of the aspects of your of you know small service business
I need additionally it's a GPS tracking and mapping if you're if you're coming to you or you're going to them so the there's a lot of apps that do these individual things and basically we're making a single app that does everything is white
the plan is so I think we used to get used to you did something with home depot and their app type well I'll basically you know I've been in business 30 plus years I've owned several handyman companies I'm also work for the state of California as a firefighter paramedic I currently work for a company my business subcontract to a lot of other companies and a sense one would be company called dedicated Reese tell services in what I do for them is I go out and I production manager the installation of total wine and more I've been all over the country doing that from going in and doing a site survey getting the measurements to putting in all the displays graphics whatever I also work for a company right now that contracts to the government and and independent companies installing R. F. chambers cell phone testing I'm actually just prior to this call I'm getting ready to walk into a place that we built the chamber for 2 years ago that's a gravity free environment that test quite meant that would be going in the space tended to 3000 degrees above per night 3000 degrees below Fahrenheit in a gravity free environment so that's a little my background I I go back I'm old school I still do a lot of everything on paper I would say 90.99.9 percent of my business is done on my cell phone I go back to the days of the old dinosaur where you would meet 10 clients to get one to mold mass mailing postcards to people campus in neighborhood with flyers business cards whatever
I would say about 2009 I don't know how familiar you are with Ethan Anderson but you third eat then Anderson and 30 years old I was say up up in the bay area started a company called red beak and I was approached by him early on and and their development stage there were 13 people in that office that handled not only the service providers but every customer request so
basically how it works was
a customer would put in service request it would go out to 3 potential service providers I got in on the ground floor I work with them I in fact I met Ethan Anderson bomb in Beverly hills she was a doctor I moved her office when she asked me what I thought about the program I was like unbelievable it it's created $40000 worth of revenue for me this year and the whole time I'm talking to her she's texting her son on the other hand I developed relationships with those people that work in those offices that I still have today even though they're no longer with the company so not only did I I you know I I with them I provided 100 mile radius from my front door all all of southern California went Monday I could be in Orange County one day I could be in Santa Barbara
and my thought from the beginning from my learning curve in whatever is
when a customer says down when when a a husband wife sit down on the weekend when they got time they come up with this I need to do list Monday morning one of umph hops on the sap whatever however they go about it but if you don't respond if they don't get an answer they're going to move on to the next guy because they want to get it checked off their list because next is child Kerr next is
the store transports games whatever I know because I was part of that family dynamic
so so moving forward I work with these guys for years and years and years and years and then I found out that they were selling it

they were selling it to home depot the original the original thing was date sold it sold it for 75 the total price was to be 90000000 they home depot paid 75000000 up front and the agreement to pay $15000000 in a year
program was successful well in home depots infinite wisdom they sat on it for a year and did absolutely nothing with it to get out of paying that additional 15000000
but what they also did in the process was
with red beacon originally
I got in on the ground floor so they took 10 percent of every job that I got they would put you in touch with the client it my I believe it is if you have a quick response time and you can get your website in front of him and I don't know if you look at my website but I do a lot of work with the community I tell my customers up front that part of the proceeds of their job is going to go to help the homeless foster children and get back to the community in one way I I not only do that with my church but I do that with local organizations that I work with 2 if you get yourself your presence in front of that customer
thank you pick you

like I said in your response time is quick to answer any questions they might have with red beacon

I forget how it worked originally but
I can't remember if they were paying me through pay pal and taken their 10 percent or if I had to have a surplus account where they took we're we're that money was released when home depot got at home depot said Hey we're going to start charging you 3995 a month to be part of our program N.
you the money do you spend at home depot for every dollar amount that would be converted to a point amount and you can use that point amount to bid on jobs now
the different screen red beacon was like I said with red beak in my relationship with them I I had lunch in their office I went out there spent a weekend hung out went to some shows and games
I developed a relationship I became a problem solver for them so when other service providers sale to performers screwed something up they would send me out I would pick the job I would satisfy the customer and then they would give me so many job credit so you know on a on $180 job which is my standard
that's a 6 hour that was a 6 hour now my rates have changed but it used to be $30 an hour with a 4 hour minimum but most jobs
we're $180 just whatever the garbage disposal replacement or a Dustin adjusting the door installing the door
installing a dishwasher or whatever it was and I I basically
knowing knowing what I do about the industry as a soon as a service request come through I look at it I see what it is I immediately provide a quote
and again that customer gets a link goes to my website sees what type of person I am and goes you know what let's go head to move forward with the job customer pays me blah blah blah blah blah so for me personally
home depot isn't the only store out there
for me personally when I go to a client's house time is money
the quicker I get the job completed the bigger profit margin it is for me so I don't care if it's true value I don't Kerr but slows I don't Kerr but what are I don't care what it is I'm gonna have to close the store
I don't want to be forced to shop at home depot
so
another disadvantage of that was like I said I did 100 mile radius I have a variety of services that I offer I I got contracted to install some tile
and
this particular customer they were from India they had ordered their tile from India and unbeknownst to me when I bid the job it was on calibrated tile which means no 2 tiles same thickness
there is no you know they could be Opeth 30 seconds they could be Opeth 16 not only are they dimensionally and thickness not the same but in square and if they're not the same so one tile might be smaller than the other tile so good job cook a little bit longer than anticipated I never asked for more money I I I'm a man of my word I agree to do the job for a set price and that's what I did halfway through the job customer calls
complains to home depot red beacon whatever it was it's time now mind you went home depot did the acquisition all of the rap

San Jose area or the bag they no longer handled it it was all shipped to Atlanta and handled through the home depot corporate office I believe a couple of my buddies went to Atlanta to train those people whatever so home depot that was 3 miles from this job site never send a rep out of flooring rap anybody the house to inspect the job they took the customer side of it they refunded over $2000 whatever it was and then it and it kicked me out of the program until I paid it
so with that being said I no longer do business with them and I thought you know I would be cool
Lois came up or something similar and I'll be damned a couple months later what do you think happens I get approached by a company called porch.com out of Seattle Washington same scenario help them build it
2
Lowe's lows purchase is it
really gung ho for a while they had wrapped inside the store customer we're going to be like I'm thinking about doing as well do you have anybody to help you well here's a list of service providers
reports it was a little different what part you bought zip codes
all right and you you were one of the service providers that
provided service for that zip code so I went through when I purchased 3 or 4 zip codes and I would get the lead for that now being that I lived in southern California my whole life I know where
2 income families live I know where the movie studio people live so I bought zip codes around there so
it was beneficial for awhile and then they ended that program and they went to a lead generated cost now
with all that being said going back called red beak and if you better job
and the customer didn't select you or something went wrong on the job they would refund your lead cost
park on the other hand would not do that
they doesn't specific questions I think you wanted to ask you about sure
yeah yeah yeah so the first question I have for you is when you think about the terrible day what would you like to see improved this schedule would you like to get more leads new clients to like help with scheduling would like help with the marketing pro would you black help with inflation
across the board it's going to be Marley
Leeds yeah that's where I got privacy that your best are going to be spent is in capturing the leads however you do it was you know as C. E. O. or you know have an
have an wraps out it at whatever market you plan to you know encounter now now I can tell you with red beacon that programs no longer around home depot like I said they failed to perform to perform just so they wouldn't have to pay that additional cost now they've transfer it over to some kind of pro services whatever but what I what I what I
you know when they when they had rats in the store and a table set up you know greeting customers at the door what kind of services are you looking for putting him in touch with home providers that was great but what happened when they did the acquisition to is they acquired a bunch a handyman
that weren't that weren't up to par I mean I I met customers after the acquisition that it had hired somebody through the system and the person regarding the posit and never showed up so got first and foremost is make sure making sure your your your service provider are because the representative of your company and if they do shoddy work it's gonna look bad on the company so you know whether
I have done okay so like I said I sub contract for a lot of people about 4 years ago I went through a really bad custody case I I shut my company down I I went to work for another company I built 3 custom homes in the Pacific palisades area as a project manager and
I guess it's been about a little bit over a year or 2 about 2 years I decided to reopen the company I never took my website down whatever I do absolutely no advertising whatsoever and I'm pretty much booked every day
at the peak of my at the peak of my business I had 16 employees other than myself
that's what you know and like I said I'm old school I do everything on paper so when I get a lead and I still get leads generated through some of the systems like ports and HomeAdvisor and Angie's list whatever it is I write down the information in the upper right hand corner all right red beak and porch whatever all right the amount of of the bed I when I'm done with that I throw it all in a pile box now at the end of the year I dump all that out on my bed or taken table and I sort it all out in the piles and I go okay so where's my best advertising dollar spent at the peak of at the peak of red beacon I spent about $8000 per $40000 worth of income
and at the peak of it I was generating anywhere between 100 and $120000 per year
and as far as providing weeds what would be the best way for us to provide you with leads for example would you like to Leeds via call email or text well I think
I I across the board
of course you you're going to have a website whatever you're going to post the lead on there but for me personally and I think for the customer experience receiving a text message to give the information that lead where I can open it up what I click a link it connects me to your website I see the details of the lead and I'm able to I immediately bad right there
now as far as pricing
would you like this is once again would you like to get direct calls from the clients and we would what would you like complete screen for example we have 2 options as far as charging we can send you a cold call leads that may or may not come Bert depending on you know your conversation with the client and that leaves the cost anywhere between one to $5 per lead or okay we can answer or we can answer the call for you confirm and book the clients in charge of a small commission between 10 and 15 percent per lead which would be more appealing to you I think they both have their own appeal and I think that
again from from my experience working with all the different people that I work with it it's it's my feeling that you have 3 yeah you can have as many service providers in your network if you want
but everybody's response time's going to be the different everybody's comfort level with the system's going to be different everybody's comfort level with with with the scope of the job our work to be done is gonna be different for me I've been doing it for so long I can tell you that probably in the last 20 years I've maybe been Wong 2 or 3 times and that was a learning experience for me and I ate it and I didn't put it off on the customer I didn't complain about it I just didn't go you know next time I got to think about that that you know that part of the project
again for me
E. as now I will tell you that I also played the customer on both sides of those platforms and I put in service request to have a very simple job done I posted pictures of the work to be done on the internet any service provider could have looked at it I made it is
as easy I mean it as effortless as possible and I had 16 people call me want to schedule an on site
no I don't think about it from a homeowners ask back when you've got kids family job whatever I are you gonna set 16 appointments to meet with somebody that that that supposedly in a specialized trade that has questions on how to complete the work
it's very simple you know at
there have been times when I I need to get more information from the customer before I bid or maybe all bed and all I'll ask the customer by the way I forgot to ask you is there already a water line there well I didn't know that so I'm gonna have to go back and adjust the bid where's the clear you know where's the closest gas line where is the electricity nearby but you know and most cases
the information that the customer provides order that you get from the customer and you're able to provide to the service provider
makes it a painless transaction between all parties involved
okay so
and you you with both options would be appealing would you say
they were good and and I think you know and and I
envoy is going to be kind of hard from my perspective and that's only my opinion because
depending on how your pay out system is work now I you know not everybody's got pay pal I do on my smaller jobs when I I'm going to go to a customer's house I anchor the cost of the materials until the job is completed and I always read like this morning I did a job for a church to install a 36 inch hollow core door I called him and I said it's going to be $189 and I go okay let us put it to the board if we get approval so I know on that day I'm going to have to go to home depot I'm gonna have to buy the door I'm gonna have to buy the hardware I'm going to go install the door as soon as I get ready to walk out the door that's going to hand me a check
when when you're talking about cost of materials and invoicing on your side I I my opinion would it be it would be a little difficult because every job is gonna be different across the board so
in my opinion I would structure it so that
if you guys do the invoicing you provide the lead you take a percentage of whatever that is that money goes in your account the service provider has the option to withdraw from that account
up to you know whatever is available there whatever processing time it is for you guys whatever
but I also think that once the money is generated through your system you guys should hold on maybe hold on to your user of amount that could be used for future
job
or
and
with that being said I think that you should only be charged for the lead
your
if you get the job you shouldn't be selling the same lead
to multiple contractor
I need the I. D. M. the ideal model and what I've seen work in the past is
you put the lead out there the customer request you give 3 service providers an option to get on that job that information goes in front of the customer customer picks a service provider
that service provider is charged a service fee not the other 2
one second
now I'm not gonna say that I'm against I'm not really for it but I'm not against paying a monthly service fee I'm also not opposed to
you know you want to have you want to have people that are going to provide our customers with a good what the good quality service overall so with that being said if you've got somebody in the system that you're providing leads to and our response time is over 2004 hours or a few days down the line that's to me that's not somebody I would want to have in my system I want to have somebody in my network that is aggressive that's going to provide quality work that's going to get on top of that lead because not only does it make me the service provider but it also makes use the lead generator money
yup
hello
I I think if you guys are going to do work but again I think invoicing for you guys I think I think and we seen I I think invoicing should be the service providers option if they want to pay for that additional service because maybe some guys aren't aren't good at at at
and are good at the paperwork aspect of it
well trying to
how you currently charging a client at the moment not just how you're charging the clients you are your only charging into PayPal and checks no no no I take cash credit cards everything what happened is when I get service request I you know I bid the job including materials if it's a small job then I won't worry about it I'll just include the cost of final payment if it's a large job depending on how big the job is I might take 50 percent up front if it's gonna be a link the job I will take either 33.3 percent 3 times or it's going to be a longer job because like this year I've done Los Angeles currently have a program called the accessory drawing unit conversion to deal with homeless problem so if you have a garage that you would be willing to convert to a living space the city of Los Angeles will give you a $15000 incentive to do that and then they put a a rent cap on it 1300 to 1500 a month it's spelled paccar almost problem get people up street so they fear I've done 3 of those and then those are a little link because sometimes it takes 6 to 8 weeks depending on on
depending on the project so I might take 25252525 just to break it up and make sure that my employees get paid and then I would I'll get mine mine on the on the back in
what's that
how many service calls are you getting the

because through my regular network of people in the past a past employees our past customers and stuff like that I might be 3 to 5 I'm currently on one now I just received at like 10:00 this morning with with
with porch I would say I average about
7 to 10
leads per day every lead has a description every lead has the cost amount associated with it and then I determine whether whether that's something I want to do or or not do
and this is doing everything old school so would you have any interest in meeting C. R. M. maybe C. R. M. is customer relations management system what keeps
and she's just a smarter clients all the service is provided for them it also tracks all of the invoices I'm a pretty much just keeps general track of all of your clients and what it would actually be able to assist you as well at the end of the year as far as your taxes so there's no more paper paper trail will have all the required all in one system and you could be able to managed and you know see whatever
me personally no
but I think there is I think there is a general genuine market for that if you had approached me and you you're one of of all these tech company you know launches which would have been about 2009 and I had no no idea what I was doing and it was just coming in faster than I could put it out I would have said yes but there's definitely been a learning curve here now like I said I I go back to to knocking on people's doors to where we are now and you know I'm like I said I I I way out where my best advertising dollar is I I. way out what what the cost of lead generation is at the end of each year I've been charging anywhere from 10 percent
all the way up to 44 percent of my lead and at one time I was my I've got to be Victor personality so I was I was addicted to money and it was nice to have nice things all the time but now my life is simplified I've got full custody of my son I do a lot like I said I do a lot of charity work in my focus is is on quality better than quantity
but with that you know one of the things that I I used to tell people and I'm like I when clay first approached me about talking with you guys I told him I'll be very honest and this is this is about as honest as it can get I've had a handy man that work call me I don't know how many time every time they get a new case manager or something they'll call and they go all we made all the changes we've done all this stuff and I say to you I'm quite simply how long would you continue to date the same girl that's not putting out
yeah you're not going to keep spending 100 Bucks are taken dinner and stuff and I I don't mean to be burnt but it but that's just the way I am I'm a very honest individual and
you know I'm not gonna keep throwing money down the same path not benefitting me anyhow you know I is an example was in my early years I got signed up with yelp you know they were going to be there if they were going to do that if they were going to Bob about Bob
get signed up with pay $200 a month for advertising couple months go by I don't know why I was sitting down I think I was reading a review or something and I happen to click on my business account and I see that there's a 500 and $3767 surplus of money they haven't used so I call my call my sales rep there I'm like Hey what's going on why you guys keep being in my account for 200 Bucks when you got 500 37 still sitting there and though like well you know the way that our system is set up you know it'll it'll get used at 1.or whatever and so I called my bank and I had my debit card swapped out and then they called me and they're like Hey we tried to process your payment it didn't go through what's going on I go you've got 500 and some dollars use it and then call me well you know the way our system set up whatever well you know what happened they took down every good review I had on there
and they only last about one now of course you know with red B. can I was going to about 6000 clients per year and out of 6000 clients per year I think I might have 30 reviews and 90 percent of them were flawless customer have a great experience whatever
and what I found is you're never going to concentrate on a 99 jeep you have in the past it's always going to be that one that got away so
you can satisfy as many people as you want and they're busy life whatever they got going on they can't leave your review but you better believe if you screw up for whatever reason could be personal emergency could be sickness could be national emergency with buyers that we just had a post that bad review
now some people like myself all look past that because I realize in life **** happens but there's always that personal well I don't know I don't know you know that you had one bad review of course yeah 30 good one but he had one bad one but with that all being said about 6 months ago the state comptroller's office went in and they audited yelp because of all their shoddy behavior and I got every time that I ever invested in them refunded to me
it was a nice surprise in the mail

mon starting no I'm I'm starting hello
hello hi resets Clayton
Hey how you doing
all right just give me one second here
yeah
sorry bout that hold which is
on the call right now with my boss Rick Jeez I'm gonna give you a brief overview of what that should do and then from there will have some questions what is
okay
yeah so just to give you an overview of the company you know we're we're small tech company and we're currently working on an app set to help small business small local businesses like like you
and so the the the you know the purpose of the opposite probably most importantly to lot of people is to is for marketing right that's generating leads and then connecting those leads with you and qualifying them to make sure that the the services they're looking for or the services that you provide
so that's probably one of the more most important features of the app and in addition to that
we'll have kind of customer management and contact management invoicing payment processing and then reminders SMS email scheduling of your of your clients and like GPS tracking and mapping if your mobile or 50 if you're going to them or they're coming to you right
end ital and a lot of cases small small small businesses and you know small service providers they're using for 5 different apps so we're trying to combine everything into a single app so you can basically on your phone in a single app
so I think Clayton has some questions for you
okay okay this is to me one second here I'll close the first question that I have for you when you think about your trip will today what would you like to see improved this schedule would you like more leads is more clients would like help with scheduling would you like help with marketing what would you like help with invoicing
okay well I do not
no no so when it comes to my scheduling is getting to the big part because you have to be able to first about the person who is the how can I say it again the person who's offering the services they have to have their schedule like kind of a pop planned out so with certain apps that I've used in the past it's been hard to like have I say like keep on a scheduling basis and be able to like like you could schedule someone and then you can overlap by some of the apps they overlap and then it's kind of hard for you to keep up with it and then also what I was using one of the apps on south route that was before and when it came to they they didn't really give you any like reminders as far as like you have an appointment I feel like
I have a personal software services and ever be as name like it's hard to keep a hold of your schedule and I'm pretty sure you guys know they is way up because I'm pretty sure sticking Knowles and little being the pains that you guys do it like really helpful and that would be a good idea because like when you I want to go today we all look at our phone constantly so I think you should be whether you have a laptop iPhone or apple apple watch you want to be able to get that notification that says Hey you have an apartment and 30 minutes are you going to be able to make it in like sometimes when you're not able to make it you can't really get in touch with the customer or anything like that it took me
if you can really like get something going like are you really want to be able to I wish you all the options to where like if you say Hey 30 minutes I'm going to be late or is the customer say 30 minutes I'm going to be late like when the notification is given for the appointment that maybe you could choose the option to stand like a reminder well I need to send like a a note saying Hey 30 minutes from now I won't be able to be there because maybe traffic or something so I kind of let the person know because sometimes you you're just sitting there waiting you know and with those apps you don't really get the contact information like you want so I I don't know if that's possible but maybe if if the way world
yeah what are up as as of right now we we want to send out reminders to clients a week before the appointment also a day before the appointment and all right our before the appointment that way if there's anything that not you know if there's any issues you guys can communicate you know and make sure that your appointment is and you know we want to send notifications and reminders to clients like I said a week before the day before an hour before you're supposed to provide service
right right right
okay that sounds good
right
no good good
and another thing I wanted to happen about what you say something about the invoicing it wasn't a problem but you know every I wish it was the way to where when you download the app say baby you have like a account set up to where you know like if if I might like you to add money to the account for the services because sometimes with those credit cards both of you really make this group of people don't use the information well they may use other people's stuff and then they try to get you in as a whole big problem I mean I don't know how you could eliminate that if R. is in Boyce in part because I had a client when I was using the L. 2 where she had booked up on the paper the appointment but the staff being it wasn't that the what was the A. L. I can't remember but the app it kind of like get to wear it Hey her coming back every week and so the same amount that you pay for the service like the app was charging her the same amount every week yeah they were sending me my my half of the money but it was kind of like they would give her a lot a half so even when I called and try to get it done for her and they were they were given a lot of help but after her getting her money back
yeah I mean we'll definitely have policies implemented that will protect you the provider and also the client as well
okay
find it
yeah we talk about as far as marketing are you hello condition one second let me see here
and I how are you currently getting leads are you getting all of the leads to the aperture using
no I don't actually I what I do if I ever have Instagram Facebook Craig Lee offer up places like they they have like a at that are running and those are really good outlets because for one I quickly as I know for Hey that's what most of my clientele base had come from because all I be able to pay less in dollars to do a a a post and I received so much feedback from that because I believe that my pictures and pricing and stuff like that and people really responded today I think that got me most of it but I
how much do you how many how many ads do you post per week on Craig's list I don't oppose they A. like one and then like within the course of 2 months I hadn't posted it again and I still get at least like I said you know he's today from that one because people sometimes they don't find what they're looking for and they'll scroll scroll scroll if they'll still see you and like I C. O. D. crimes here from a and I haven't posted in awhile
okay
and like Instagram I was able to get my client's name correctly and so the classic creek please I actually eat those clients and then I was able to use the pictures and networking material for that for Instagram and they also bought my client feel even more because it's Graham you're able to promote Apollo so I was able to promote some of my posts and I actually got more feedback from they I got more followers I got more views I got more people wanted to book appointments via inbox and stuff like that so it's kind of always like tiny and wait
okay so let's see here now as far as clients how many clients would you say that you get per day
from like newer new client new client yeah
probably about 3 or 4 day
for the day and how many of those how many how many of those are converting although those are conversions of those just calls
actually I say probably about half always
and actually I will I would say 100 bed because they may not come but right then but eventually they do
okay
because you know our yes some people they might say oh well I want my had but they might I have I've been coming up for 2 weeks 3 weeks and then they might call you back being you know I never know actually boat
yeah not understood understood in is far as
hold on one second
what what would be the best way for us to provide you with leads for example do you like leads phone call lease female leads or tax what do you prefer email is not email it okay because people to contact you through email but a lot of people don't email the best way that I have figured out what like I say if the social media because you can have a a an input your Instagram people automatically not about that because that's one of the biggest like
what I'm saying is as far as providing the Greeks provide
yeah well that's all right we have someone that's interested in your services they want to get matched up with you how would you like them to communicate with you via call it's better
yes I need
yes because if it's I'm I'm door here so when it comes to like be a half hours and I'll be clear up here now this but things like that you want to actually be able to verbally speak to the press because they can't say they want certain things but they might not even know what they're talking about and then when they tell it to you verbally it's like totally different so I would actually rather than call I mean I'm not to be the after a call and if I'm not if I am to be the I would I have the right leave a message or a text message or something like day or if they were to call my phone and say I was able to answer like a automated takes would be sent back to them saying Hey how you doing I was able to reach a call but if you right below your name number and what's the time using and maybe we can talk in about 15 minutes or something like that
okay well let me ask you this as far as the lead pricing goes I mean we have 2 options I mean we can send you a cold call leads that may or may not converts attending on you know how you know you negotiate with the client and charging anywhere between one to $5 per lead or we have an option where we have a second option where we can actually answer the call for you book the client confirm the appointment and also charge and for that we would charge a small commission anywhere between 10 to 15 percent we
which would be more prone
well
I think the first option available to you booking it for me that will work I mean if our timing wise yes but when it comes to like I'm just speaking solely on my B. is it when it comes to one of my what it when it comes to speak it's all it's a client about what they want again half of them don't even know what they're talking about and so you want to get like overall visual of what it is they're trying to do because some of the things that are trying to maybe do they can't do and I don't want to book someone for an appointment and then have to come back and say oh well I'm sorry I have to cancel your problem because I'm not able to even do that service or do what you're wanting to get done
okay
now let's see here as far as scheduling are using applications for scheduling
yeah you just use apple schedule on my apple phone that's what I have available
you say telemarketing on Instagram Facebook
right
I'm sorry marks out of
and another good thing that would be for like if you like they want to DO someone I say you just need someone out in public and you give me a B. car like a good I would love to have like a link to where you could put all your business card or something or on your page I have you use it and they'll be able to like type in the link or click on that link and then it takes you straight to like say the page from your L. but it basically so like you know the style is that page well off services they offer and if they want to scroll down you can see like some of the work you know kind of be like the many well all right I can balance like many profile yeah
because they kind of give you let me go and actually they help people like the fat one Hey I rather have because they automatically the page with the prices that the who any of and if they want to call the book again right being
okay
and how are you currently in one she your cards
it's just me and most of the B. K. S. I do too like passed out memo things like that I never really have anything like the like my bank account or anything like that because I I've tried my best to not deal with Kerr because if I'm not using the square or something like that I have to make sure if I'm not in person for wine I definitely don't do like
pay in advance like I can't do a deposit but you will have to be from somewhere like like a tablet to catch up and stuff like that because it's easier for me to like reimburse them the money and I don't have to worry about you know if they're gonna like just beauty or something like the
because I have had a a couple of times where class will book they will get ahead and love the and the
and then we try to try to go about it they're like well I don't know anything about that and I don't know and then they never get in contact with
okay series 0 now would you have any interest in the NY C. R. and would be C. R. M. as customer relationship management so what it does it actually keeps track of all your clients past clients are your history how much you charge was it also will let you know how much your income was at the end of the week bi weekly monthly any tracks you know was as far as how much cash you using now we you know back in the year when you're doing your taxes very helpful for you
yeah that's perfect they asked me a lot helpful
yeah and would you be willing to pay let's say $10 a month for CRM
yeah but we like you that included in that price
no no no so that's that's a different part of the accident and features so I mean like I said all right yeah matter you wanted the office I might say yep I mean that'll be fine
good
okay now as far as pricing right now we're still you know we're we're trying to access that list that we can you know come up with a fair price on what R. I. V. price that now we we do want to have multiple options so want to give water is an option to pay a monthly fee for a yearly C. at a discounted rate if we were to charge a monthly fee for application mine I'm meaning that you would be able one applications get new clients and you want you would be able to manage all of your contacts our app would be able to send out reminders to your clients to remind him about appointments or to just remind them to see if they you know when when like in service and that would also give you the option to have yes it is G. R. M. and it would also give you the option to do marketing for you so let's say hypothetically speaking you want out of town so you want somebody to control your Instagram they would give you that option do not you know available in in town you know if you want to send someone else to follow that waking at your time and have B. as much as possible how much do you feel like that would be what you want a monthly basis for an application

this
I mean well I don't know welfare price well like the at would be honestly I mean I just throw a number out there like 3999 or something like a I don't know no that's not a good sign yeah yeah like 39.5 of my time and then you will be able to add the other P. like you say for the P. R. M. thing because like eat black again me personally I'm just 1 of my experience being 1000 I even when I'm out of town I feel rather pop my clients on my own just because I have that I have to have that type of relationship with them and when you kind of have like a middle man with they it kind of like
it makes is being reported building route but it's like you're not really D. today client experience with them I don't know how make me
well I'm not does it definitely makes sense I mean you you mean a part of your part of what you do is providing customer service for a client and if you taken out of the conversation then how can you provide a great customer service
right you know you know so yeah I told understand your point of view now as far as today today is anything else you can think of that you didn't see another apps that would be very useful and save you time and help you maximize earning potential

no I think like I say Eric thank you Eric thank you that I see it all these other apps is pretty Hey but it's just like I say when it comes like the invoice that stuff like they they need to be accurate because clients I want to D. recurring charges that they don't you know have to hail and then it's also good to be able to like cash or money all right be like once you get pay you should be able to get paid right being you should have to wait for the client 24 like to process the payment to go through and then you have to wait a certain amount of days just to get the paper because with ballots we used to get my money like right team no not just not sold on this
okay now what you missing some maps you said you mentioned that I'll see correct
uhhuh
it was another app that I used to but I can't remember the name of it
well the grounds 5 style B.
borrow for is
I think that lam
the last part because all the major ones
yeah
and I'm not the one program
how long did you work for once but
what was last my last couple of months
79
yeah
South Sea
no not at all after my car I had a problem I didn't I I instantly camp
2
and on average ha ha ha I mean on average what's time is your service
asset by hour point 5 2:00 hours

now as far as your business goals right now are you satisfied with your business or do you have plans on growing your business and your future
I've never had my beans I'm always have plans
how do you like the fact of being a mobile stylish or or you interested in possibly in the future having a star 5
I know I love it I love I I do have a few times storefront but I'll see I'll I'll stop the mobile service
because nobody some plans don't like to come to the line just because they don't like to be an environment I mean some people I have problems when they don't want to be around people seen him get ahead and are there any Beria's or whatever case may be but as same time like you always will have half that once you come to them and the other half that well that won't matter come and see S. sometime even if you have mobile class if you go to if you're doing a great job with them and your customer relations good they don't even mind coming to you when needed
I have plenty of
okay
and as far as for your service what's the average charge for service
as a woman that the average cost of my service not left behind yeah
yeah but I mean what is that average out as someone can call you and spend their minimum 0 what's the most sick incident
the ease of handsome all fans because if you're talking bout Lafayette it all depends on the part so I can't really put a cap on it because it is okay
I don't have what I have set prices but depend on what they want because you can have at all you have things that they want to do you come back here for them like A. R. P. as
what type of plan but on the average out saying the 500 for cat but he can be put it to be way more because I've gotten way more than that from my client code
service between 200 to 300 right just for averaging the average
okay
you know what state and all that
not insured currently in California or you
okay
