Provider

1. Open simplia Landing page.create a post.
2. Go to Account panel.open attachments and open newly created post.

Consumer
1. Open simplia.Go to account Panel.
2. There is phone icon for "Audio IVR" on top ribbon of panel.
3. Click on Phone icon, IVR will start to play.
4. First IVR will ask you want to "Request a Service" or "Offer a Service".
5. Reply
6. Then IVR will ask to describe the service like "need a plumber"
7. Reply
8. Then IVR will ask to confirm it what you have said.
9. Reply "Yes".
10.It will connect call to the available agent means provider who has opened the post
11. Provider will recieve alert for INcoming call.
12. Provider will accept it.Contact panel will open and communication starts

Marketplace IVR call test using PSTN

Provider

1. Open simplia Landing page.create a post.
2. Go to Account panel.open attachments and open newly created post.

Consumer
1. Dial a pstn number from skype (+18337064441)
2. IVR will ask to select "Request a Service" or "Offer a Service".
3. IVR will play "Please hold while we are connecting to available agent" and will try to hunt for most recent post that is opened.
4. The most recent post which is opened will get incoming call alert.
5. Accept it and call will get connected

Customer Support Testing

1. Click on contact agent icon (usr with headset icon) from any panel if you want to talk to support team.
2. Invite panel will open on click of contact agent icon.
3. Select media mode and put some announcement message and click on Invite.
4. It will start the call and available customer executive (agent) will answer the call.

How to add an Agent to simplia

1. Open the support panel from attachments.
2. Go to Right menu options.
3. Click create Agent.IT will open create agent panel to input email address of simplia user to be made as agent for support.
(Only admin or owner on support can add an agent)
