  1. Details about Accounting App

    1. It is a dashboard for viewing various accounts transaction including Simplia System Accounts named as following:
      1. Simplia Credit
      2. Simplia Points
      3. Oxygen Booking

    2. From above accounts only Simplia Points should be loaded with 10000 points at the beginning, which can be used for various purposes within the Simplia System.

 

    1. Upon opening the app for the first time, one will find the above mentioned three accounts are already there but not shown in the Banking menus because they are not editable or deletable. But in the dashboard one should be able to view the latest balance of those accounts.
       
    2. Also one can view Invoice and Bills created against those accounts but no can add payment or create invoice or bill with those accounts directly from Oxygen Accounting app.
  1. Operations

    1. One can purchase Simplia Credit from Simplia Shop just like any product.
      1. To start, for example go here to view it: https://testing0-0035.laxroute53.com/OxygenWordPress-0046/product/simplia-credit/
      2. Add it to the cart just like any product and proceed for checkout. In the checkout details provide your simplia user name and email and finish purchasing.
      3. Now visit your OxygenAccounting app from the attachment section of your Simplia app.
        1. Then go to Sales>Invoice menu to see a new record there. Click on it to see details.
        2. When the purchase is confirmed from Simplia you should see balance added to the Simplia Credit in the Account Balance section at Dashboard bottom.
    2. Now we should see how one can use the Simplia Credit for purchasing some service like Booking
      1. One can start with a service provider from Simplia System once again: https://testing0-0035.laxroute53.com/OxygenWordPress-0046/Organizations/LekhaMWordPress-0060/user/_ffffffffffffff00001567791582299005_/
      2. There you should find the booking section loaded.
        1. Select Service Name
        2. Select Service provider name
        3. Select time slot
        4. And again Provider Simplia account email, phone number and name, if you are already logged in, your email should be already there, just provide name and phone then.
        5. Then choose Oxygen Wallet to pay with and finish
      3. Again visit your Accounting app
        1. This time visit Purchase> Bill menu for the document of the purchase and Simplia Credit should be deducted with the correct amount. 
        2. If you are the service provider you should see a document inside Sales > Invoice and your balance added to the Oxygen Booking account in USD.

 

FAQ

 

  1. What is the purpose of Simplia Point?
    Simplia Points will be used as a reward point system where a user will be rewarded points for their usage and activity. More details about it added later.
  2. When I purchase Simplia Credit, it is not directly added but some one needs to approve it, why?
    In real life when you buy something from an ecommerce system, if you were using a bank transfer or check or pay locally method then you need to wait to confirm the payment. That is why you need an operator or manager to approve that payment.
