Communicating with your clients frequently is MUST. You need to let them know how you are doing fulfilling their requests. Clients expect to be constantly notified and updated regarding the status of their requests. Be sure to ask them how they would like to receive their updates and how often. Some may prefer text, others email. Some may want daily updates, others weekly. Your clients will be happy to know that you are constantly focused on finding them what they are looking for and continually updating them with results. Please be sure to check and reply to your emails and voicemails daily. A customer’s needs can change daily, so we have to keep an open line of communication at all times.
