In this course, you learned how to help clients find a new rental home. You learned about the four phases of servicing such customers - requirements, search & review, viewing appointment, and application, as well as the various steps that are entailed in each phase. You also learned about a variety of client types and how best to serve them, including some resources which will aid you in that quest.
