Course 2: Fulfillment

COURSE 2: FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment is essential for providing quality service and a quality product. As such, fulfillment is the backbone of our business and what it takes to be a successful Real Assistant™. You need to provide people with Results...results that exceed their expectations. As a Real Assistant™ (RA) your job will be to find various things online as requested by your clients. RAs could be asked to assist clients in finding home rentals, cars, moving companies, car parts, and more. Our clients hire us to find things for many different reasons, but the primary reason is they simply don’t have the time to find what they’re looking for, next is they don’t know where to look. You will search online using many websites to find the best deals for your clients. Some clients may need you for a day, but in many cases you will assist them on a week-to-week and month-to-month basis. It will be essential for you to deliver thorough, consistent, and accurate results in a timely manner for every client.

COURSE 3: SUPPORT

Fulfilling a customer’s needs may seem like it should be dead simple - you just talk to them to find out what they need, and then you give them what they asked for – but it’s never as simple as that. There is actually a lot that goes into providing great customer service, whether by phone or email. Each of the topics below can be applied both to communication with customers via phone and email. Some of the tips overlap topics, but they really can’t be stressed enough.

COURSE 4: SALES

Selling is certainly not for the faint of heart. Industry experts have long observed that asking for money from a customer is the most difficult task for agents. They are comfortable helping to solve their customers’ problems, but when it comes to getting more money out of the customer, they just want to run the other way. Up-selling and Cross-selling don’t need to be that difficult, however. If you learn some basic concepts that fit naturally with providing great customer service, you may find it even becomes easy.

COURSE 5: MARKETING

Also called internet marketing, it is the process of promoting a brand, products or services over the Internet. Its broad scope includes email marketing, electronic customer relationship management, and any promotional activities that are done via wireless media.

It also combines the technical and creative aspects of the World Wide Web, such as advertising, designing, development, and sales. Moreover, Internet Marketing also deals with creating and placing ads throughout the various stages of the customer engagement cycle.

Course 6: Home Search Service

COURSE 6: HOME SEARCH SERVICE

In providing home search services, you will be responsible for giving clients options to choose from. They will rely on you to be an organized and efficient expert on the rental market who communicates extremely well. You will basically be their point person should they or a friend need to find a place to live. And when they come back to you again and again, it's the highest compliment you could receive.
